Corsini Biscotti

"Once upon a time, in Tuscany, there was a wood-fired oven and a family of passionate bakers of good and authentic cakes.

Once upon a time...and still today."

Castel del Piano lies on the slopes of Monte Amiata, in the green of the wooded areas of Tuscan Maremma.
Nature abounds here and the people are straightforward, preferring to do things properly, respecting the rules without any rush. The air is filled with good smells. This is the backdrop to the story of the Corsini family and their famous pastries and biscuits.

It is a story filled with the aroma of bread and biscuits, butter, milk and wheat. It began in 1921, with the old wood-burning oven owned by Corrado and Solidea Corsini. It is a story made with passion for sweet and genuine things, where ancient rules are adhered to and the family tradition is strong. Since then, the family art has been handed down from father to son. Over time, the company has grown, but the production, company philosophy, love of quality, care in selecting ingredients, respect for the rules throughout the production process, the magic of that old oven and the family's dedication have remained unchanged.
These values remain – the same as in the past – acting as witness to a unique confectionary art, dedicated to those who love genuine flavours.

Corsini specialities are inimitable, like Tuscany.

The famous Cantuccini, Ricciarelli, Panforte, Pandesanti and the various family specialities have always been tightly tied to Tuscan traditions and are representative, for any occasion, of the famed Tuscan 'good living'. This tradition of pastries and cakes has, over time, also embraced Panettone, Pandoro and a range of other items made by Casa Corsini. All the products are made with the ingredients and the care of bygone times. The packages are specially chosen, adding to the Corsini world and the flavours and tastes of true Tuscany.
